Kevin Daly - ARM Consultant
Kevin Daly has built his reputation in commercial roofing by doing the work—not just talking about it. He operates in the field, diagnoses real problems, and delivers solutions that hold up under pressure.
He’s a FAA Part 107 drone pilot and Level 3 certified thermographer, using tools like thermal imaging, aerial inspections, and physical testing to get past surface-level opinions and uncover what’s actually happening on a roof. His approach is simple: no guesswork, no fluff—just clear answers backed by data and experience.
Kevin works across repairs, coatings, and full-system evaluations, but his focus is on helping clients make the right decision before money gets spent. Through ARM (Asset Risk Management) and the ARC program, he brings structure to an industry that’s usually driven by opinions—giving owners, managers, and engineers a reliable way to understand condition, define scope, and move forward with confidence.
